IMPORTANT INFORMATION

THE DISPENSARY HATCH IS CLOSED BETWEEN 12PM & 2PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

If you wish to speak to a member of staff from the dispensary on the phone, please call after 10am. Reception are currently handling all calls and your message will be passed onto the dispensary team who will contact you at their earliest convenience.

Due to reduced staffing numbers, please bear with us as there may be a longer wait at the dispensary hatch. We ask that only one person at a time comes into dispensary, otherwise please queue outside until the dispensary area has been vacated. Please wear a covering & sanitise your hands upon entry of the surgery. 

We are still working to a full 5 working day turnaround on repeats, and we ask that you do not attend the practice to collect early as this increases the pressure on the dispensary team along with unnecessary footfall in the practice. Do not call to chase within 5 working days of your request. 

If you have spoken to a GP and they have issued an acute prescription for collection, please allow at least 3 hours for this to be received by dispensary and dispensed. Again, this will help reduce footfall ensuring patients only attend once.
